Cross section of a human fingertip (distal phalanx). A thick pad of subcutaneous fat (yellow) protects the bone, vessels, and nerves. The root of the finger nail is tucked into the nail groove, a folded pocket of skin which makes up the cuticle.

Been having fun learning how to paint my nails lately, and to take care of them. So naturally, I got all fascinated about what they look like inside. XD And in the process, became reminded of just HOW HAPPY cross sections make me!

Phanaeus vindex - Rainbow Scarab Beetle

The Rainbow Scarab Beetle is an American species ranging from the Atlantic Ocean to the Rocky Mountains. They grow up to 1 inch long, and are dung beetles. Only the males have horns. Overall one the most colorful and awesome bugs in America.

Returning to 3NIL is the incredibly popular design ‘Zizou’, which now features in a fantastic new tricolore edition tee.

Printed on 100% ring-spun cotton tees, this design is an homage to the French great and his era of dominance with the French national team at the turn of the century. ‘Zizou’ had a glittering career where he took control of Serie A with Juventus before making the move to Real Madrid but his career highlights were the triumph at the ‘98 World Cup and Euro 2000 with France.

The incredible free kicks, the roulettes, the flicks and those two wonderful headers will live long in the memory for football fans.
